Tuesday Ten: Fitness Q&A

When it comes to fitness there actually no excuse for it, either you do or you don’t. I am one of those people that have to start doing my workout, or should I say get back into it. If I can get back into it, you can start. It is hard to figure out what days are best to do workouts, but I decided to start doing at least 3 days a week and work toward my5 days that I want to do, and only have the weekends as a rest, or use them as a way to stay active. I used to work out every day, but something happen. I got so stressed out and I could not believe it. I never ate snacks really, only regularly. So I don’t know what really happened. I don’t look into the past, I only look into the future and what it brings, So let’s get into the questions shall we?
1) How often are you going to work out?
I am going to be working out for 3 days out of the week and then after my body is used to it, then I am going to be pushing myself to 5 days a week. Then only use the weekends as an active tool to stay active.
2) What times do you work out?
I always work out between 4 to 6 in the evening, when the sun goes down, and I feel like it is better for me, but when I start my job, I am going to have to change the times to 7 to 8 or 9 to 10.
3) How long do you work out?
I only work out until my body tells me that it is tired and if It is a good enough workout, then if not, I will change how long I should work out before I used to work out for 2 hours, but now it totally different, since I have to get back into working out.
4) Do you warm up before your workout?
Yes, I do. I was told that you should, so your body can get used to working out, but I don’t know if that is true or not. I think everyone should do warm-ups when it comes to working out, cause you might end up pulling a cramp. I know, it happens all the time.
5) What type of workouts do you do?
I only do workouts that are beneficial for me, I am not training to become a bodybuilder, I only want to be slim where I can fit into my size 4. The only lumpy things that people should be seeing are my boobs.
6) Have you ever struggled to get into working out?
Yes, I am struggling now, cause I don’t know where to begin and what the first workouts I should do, in order to get started and take me where I need to be. I know that I am not the only one that feels that. We all struggle at one point or another to do workouts, including bodybuilders.
7) What if you feel sore, do you take a day off or not?
The answer is no because I think only weak ones do that. If I take a day off after being sore then I won't get to where I want to be. Once I start, I am going to ride the workout into the ground until I get to where I want to be, which includes being able to walk the fashion walk in my new body.
8) How often are you going to rest?
When I want to. I think I have all the rest days that I needed, from the pandemic to getting fired from my job. So No rest days are needed for me.
9) How do you stay motivated to do workouts?
Well, I decided to use my blog as my inspiration, because there are things that I want to do and I can’t really do them, when I am chubby and I don’t like myself in photos, it to ugly. And I want to be how I used to be when everyone disliked her, and now everyone likes her because she has layers that need to disappear.
10) Do you keep track of your workouts?
Yes, I do. I keep a fitness planner that I made myself.
What is your fitness experience? What made you get motivated? How did you achieve your goal? Please leave comments below
