Fit Weekly: How do I get into Fitness?

Ask, and it shall be done! This is the question that everyone has been asking about. So when it came to it, I dwell on it for a while, because I didn’t know how to put it, So here it goes. For one thing, getting into Fitness is a lot harder than anyone thinks, because there are many reasons why we all get into fitness. One example is getting into a healthy lifestyle. The 2nd example is doing it for someone else. The 3rd example is doing it for yourself. The 4th example is therapy. So which one are you? I am therapy.

When it comes to Working out, I always get bored quickly, and I never know why or what is causing me to have this problem. Sometimes when it comes to finding motivation, I can never get into the mood until I found something that was bugging me, It was stress, it is the little something that bugs everyone. I found out that when I was full of stress, instead of complaining about it and taking pills for it, I learn that fitness also helps with stress. So when I was doing it, I started to feel so much better. I consider it therapy. I try to do fitness at least 2 to 3 times a week, but I am starting to do it at least 5 times a week.

I have some tips for you all to get into fitness. There is one tip that I suggest that you all should be asking yourself, why do you want to get into fitness? When you decide to get into fitness, just know one thing, take it easy, don’t rush it, and always take the little steps, for example, start with beginner workouts first, then progress into what type of fitness you want to do, there are so many that people get into. There are bodybuilder workouts, cardio workouts, Aerobic Exercises, Strength training, boxing, running, walking, weight lifting, stretching, hiking, yoga, pilates, and the list goes on. When it boils down to what you want to do, you have to ask yourself, what is it that you want to do? What type of workouts do you want, what type of fitness do you basically want to get into?

To be honest, I am still in your shoes, I know how you feel when it comes to picking out the perfect fitness routine. I always have a hard time trying to do any type of fitness, because I am the one who does not care for muscles. I don’t care for strength workouts. I just want to be slim all around, I don’t care about having a bigger butt. The only lumpy things that should be showing are my boobs. It is the only lumpy thing I want, the only thing that should be showing. I know some will think that funny, But hey it's my preference. It is what it is.

What type of fitness are you going for? What is your preference for working out? Please leave comments below.
