How to Set and Achieve Summer Fitness Goals for Beginners!

We all want to set and achieve summer fitness goals. We all talk about the fitness goals that we have, but we let the excuses take over and we let our inner selves talk us out of doing something, but sometimes, we ask ourselves, WHY? Is it because, we want to look and feel good doing it or is it because of someone else. The question remains why?
When it comes to fitness goals for me, I want to be able to feel me and look like me. Which I know that is stupid, but it the truth, I don’t look like me. I look like a blowfish, that someone took a tire pump and blew me up, because they wanted a balloon, and they couldn’t find the one they were looking for.
1When starting a goal, I have to look at the setbacks first and ask myself, why am I doing this and am I going to let them stop me. There should never be a reason to stop what you are doing, because of negativity, or someone telling you something that could hurt you or because of the negative that you have for yourself, never let that bother you, cause I don’t, I try not to let nothing gets to me, I tried to do my best and if I don’t like the outcome, I can’t say I didn’t try, when I did. I know we have the little voices in out heads that tell us we never be good enough, why can’t we all ban together and tell them to shut up cause they don’t matter, what should matter is on the outside, because you did something that made you proud, you finally accomplished something that you didn’t stop, because of someone telling you no and how you feel on the inside. What I look and feel on the outside should be my choice, not anyone.
When setting goals and trying to achieve them, (One) keep a notebook – try to jot down all your fitness goals. From setting goals, weight management, exercise tracker, food intake, snacks. Everything that you can think that is going to help you. For example, I like to keep track what exercises that I am doing, and also try to put them in categories like yoga, Pilates, cardio, weight training, and I also don’t do all of them in one day, I also would do, if my legs, need work, arms, etc. sometimes it can ne confusing, but one you master a routine, then you would all set. (Two) try to find some common ground when it comes your eating habits, there are only 3 meals in a day, breakfast, lunch and dinner, and maybe a couple of snacks. Also get into the habit of doing portion control. (Three) Once you start doing one and two you should get the feel of having a routine and you should be all set. Having a routine is something that everyone should have, because it makes the day be better and everything falls into place. (Four) when you start your fitness journey, if you have someone in your life that going to give negativity, tell them to either shut up, get lost, or you simply don’t want to hear it, cause it all about you. This is your moment, your time to make yourself feel and look good.
